2. Contact Info:  Full name; City and state; Phone number and/or email address
   (for verification only; not published on website)

3. Limit: One Submission Per Month

4. Original Content Only: Must be written by the submitter; No plagiarized or
   previously published material.

5. Timely and Relevant:  Should respond to a recent article, event, or issue.

6. Respectful Tone: No personal attacks, hate speech, or profanity.

7. Criticism of public figures or policies is allowed if civil.

8. Content: Fact-Based and Clear:

10. Editor may edit for clarity, grammar, or length
